Welcome to Convicted Families Connect (CFC),
We know how hard life can feel when you’re just trying to get by. That’s why we’re here — to walk with families through the struggles, help break cycles that hold them back, and spark lasting change that brings hope for the future. We believe in second chances, strong communities, and the power of love and support to open new doors. This isn’t just about surviving — it’s about helping families thrive for generations to come.
Every day, so many people in our community are struggling just to get by. Low-income families, people coming home from prison, survivors of domestic violence, single parents, and children in need often don’t have enough to eat, a safe place to live, or access to the support that could help them turn their lives around. Even with new laws and programs rolling out, too many of these individuals still fall through the cracks, facing hunger, homelessness, lack of healthcare, and the stress of trying to survive in a world that often overlooks them. These are real people, real families, and real struggles—and they need real solutions
There’s an urgent need for programs that don’t just put a band-aid on problems but actually help people build better lives. We need to provide food, clothing, education, mental and physical health resources, and opportunities for growth so that families, returning citizens, single parents, and children can break free from the cycles holding them back. With support from our community and partners, we can help these individuals and families find stability, hope, and a path forward—so that everyone has the chance to thrive and live with dignity.
